GoogleWe rented through them for 2 years and the agents were rude, disrespectful and condescending - Daniela in particular. A very unpleasant experience.

Finding a new house is never easy, but Tim never gave up and was incredibly helpful throughout, even if it involved following up on a negotiation we were having with a different branch. GoogleThe worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with, they have no interest what so ever in the tenants especially when something is wrong with the property and if trying to contact the owner you will get the biggest run around. Regarding the check out process, not a clue in the world. Honestly don't know how this place functions as a business, if there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected that.

GoogleThe worst letting and sales agents I have ever experienced. Slow to respond to everything that was of importance to me and my purchase. Inept at providing information that is actually accurate. I would never ever give them any business again.

GoogleThey seem like a standard agency when you first talk to them but you will soon realise that this is all sales talk. In the 18 months I have rented through them I have only had troubles with them. They never managed to get things fixed in the flat (multiple things amongst others damp), when they returned the deposit they never told me what they charged for even when I requested a breakdown. Whenever I called to talk to them they always promised to fix or sort out things within a week but never did on any occasion - every time it was all sales talk no action! I will never use these guys again even if they have the most amazing flat!

GoogleWe had Chris @Ludlow show us a property in Finsbury Park area. He was very prompt in his communication and showed us the interested property in a timely manner providing guidance on the info we sought. He also updated us on a few other properties we had inquired about. Though we didn't move ahead with making an offer, we would use Chris's services in future.
