He is approachable, available by email, helpful with queries and knows the area of Finsbury Park/ Manor House very well! I would use the LT service again and book viewings with him if needed.

GoogleOne of the best agents I’ve dealt with when looking for my property. Neil Marrinan knows Islington and the surrounding areas extremely well and was able to advise me on all parts of my journey from the valuation all the way up to contractual obligations and exchange. Could not recommend a more knowledgeable and polite agent.

GoogleI was absolutely delighted by the level of service received by this company. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble whereby every development was communicated to me immediately. I was especially impressed by the sheer professionalism of our agent Mr Sabat who showed honesty, transparency and commitment in getting the asking price for my property. I would have no hesitation in recomending them to anyone who`s considering.
