GoogleThe LT team fronted by Conor Bunn from the Dock St office acted for us recently in the sale of our leasehold flat in the City Quarter development. Initial advice on setting a sales price was firm and well founded, leading to a quick agreement for sale at an acceptable price and with no chain involved we naively expected a smooth process to completion. Yet as with most property transactions it turned out to be anything but! Throughout a number of twists & turns, Conor continued to provide us with measured and sensible advice, kept the transaction on the rails and eventually to successful completion. We found him to be always available, responsive and honest in his opinion, even if it was'nt necessarily what we wanted to hear! Very professional, calm and trustworthy, always there for that extra mile.
