We were mislead by the agency to believe that all our initial request regarding a tenancy will be fulfilled before we moved in. In fact until the date we got the keys they were hiding the fact that so far no work in the apartment was done and we even had to move in in a very dirty apartment. We had to move out before we even started to live there because till the last moment there was no plan when and how the work will be done and the environment in the flat was not inhabitation friendly. We had to take our case with a solicitor as we met further complications with the agency. We had to keep our stuff in storage and pay lots of $$$ and now thanks to the agency we don't have a home during this difficult time of quarantine!!!! Up to date our problems with them are still not resolved! Very disappointing experience!

Impressed from the point of viewing potential properties up until the contract signing. All queries big and small were dealt with quickly and professionally by Fabian Akinola and the rest of the team. All the requirements regarding what was required to secure the property and the processes resulting from acceptance of the offer were clearly explained. This was my first experience regarding the rental process and found that being able to complete alot of the processes online worked very well considering I have quite a demanding job so was able to complete requested tasks/documents at convenient times without having to regularly go to the City office. Thanks to them my move has been very smooth and not so stressful. I don't have any hesitation in recommending Fabian and this office to others for their fantastic and friendly service.
