Terence Cunningham of Ludlow Thompson Sales is a man who communicates with you on a human rather than corporate level. He is down to earth and understands your needs from a personal rather than business perspective. He goes out of his way to meet your needs and requirements and often will avail himself over and above his call of duty. I really respect him and appreciate all his effort, time, patience and perseverance. Terence managed to find us a buyer for our flat which was deemed as un-sellable by other estate agents.

Can’t quite give the full five stars because I ended up finding a property through a friend of mine. If I had completed my search for a house with Natalie I would definitely have given the five. I can definitely say that Natalie has been brilliant at keeping in touch while I was searching a for property whilst I juggled a stressful job. I had an incredibly smooth journey in purchasing my first property. Massive thank you to Natalie for being so informative, responsive and clear with me. From the first call, Emma was very helpful, immediately setting up a property viewing and finding other great properties in the area that were in line with my budget. Then at the viewing Natalie was very informative of the building/area/renovation work. Amazing from start to Finish

Had our Bow flat on the Market with another agent (a hurried bad decision with terrible service) called in to Ludlow Thompson as we were passing and spoke to Roy Stewart who was supportive and positive about their ability to sell the flat (they had just sold one in the same block and knew the area) should we want to change agents. Even though they weren't sure we'd give them our business they spent time and energy talking options through with us. After 2 months with the other agent (only 3 viewings with little feedback) we approached Roy and had more positive viewings in 2 weeks than we'd had in the past 2 months, the flat sold within 3 weeks with Ludlow Thompson. Unlike the patronising, unprofessional service we received from the previous agent Roy and his colleague Meron were friendly, communicative, positive and reassuring. Amazing! I would highly recommend Ludlow Thompson and especially Roy.

You will spend more time chasing the staff (to find out information or ask them to do what they have committed to doing) than they spend doing the job they are paid to do. All detailed on their Facebook page which they daren't post to the public - its so bad!! They are not our agent but have had to put up with their tenants for the last 8 years, as well as the property + the Landlady they manage for - its such a shame you can't see my comments to them as well as photographs of what we have had to contend with, you'll be shocked !! I was hoping for a Minus 1 star rating but I guess Trustpilot don't allow - nor for the pics - which would verify this is no false review at all.. Unsure who is worse, their tenants to meet this high rent - which seems to only be met by a bunch of late teens all sharing, their managing / servicing systems or department - which we have had to sort for them and their tenants - or even the Landlady herself !! Have they not considered their reputation in having to see these reviews ?? And to add insult to injury, the , generic response all of us seem to receive here !! Feel free to read on my Fbk page - Frazzy Lewis timeline - of what we encountered !!Thank God NOT our Letting Agent !!
