Tonaya Morgan was professional and really helpful throughout the whole renting process. Tonaya managed to get a viewing sorted for us within a couple of hours and managed to arrange all the tenancy paper work within a couple of days. I’m really pleased with the service provided by Tonaya, she was quick to respond to any queries and concerns we had.

In 15 years of renting in London I have never come across such an extortionate and uncaring agency as this. The terrible state of the London rental market is made near intolerable by parasites such as Ludlowthomson. Whether their business model depends on deliberate, or accidental incompetence, is moot when you find yourself at the wrong end of their activities. I entered into a 30 month contract on the information provided to me that breaking the contract would be fairly straightforward. We were told this without actually being able to see the contract for ourselves (despite repeatedly asking) without first paying a holding deposit, which of course would not be returned to us if we didn't go ahead and sign. When I did wish to leave I had to find my replacement tenant (which I had to pay them for), which I did within time, but Ludlow’s total lack of action and communication within the agreed timeline resulted in a 2 week gap between when I left and my replacement moved in. My careful planning and organisation was completely confounded by Ludlow’s lack of basic administration and communication - their sheer incompetence was unbelievable. The whole process was incredibly stressful and difficult and my patience was stretched to the absolute limit. Of course, despite being no fault of my own, the 2 week gap was deducted from my deposit which I finally got back over 2 months of near constant harrying after leaving the property. An inspection of the property took months to organise, and even then, it was an inspection for a property for which I had long since departed. Finally, when I was informed my deposit was ready to be returned to me I asked Ludlow to give me the exact figure of these ‘arrears’. They came back with £600 - over £300 more than the figure I was quoted previously. After enquiring I was told a mistake had been made. It is quite astounding that if I had not checked they would have simply taken this sum. Theft is the word that springs to mind. It seemed the most basic accounting service you would expect from a company so assiduous in their own financial demands, is far beyond their limited capacities. Do not be tricked into entering into any dealings with this company - they are the parasites which seek to consolidate and promote the abhorrent London rental market; stripping hard working folk of their means and dignity. I have never felt strongly enough about something to write such a diatribe as this and I expect to find the usual ‘we are sorry’ response from Ludlow which will follow this entry. Be clear: I neither accept nor wish to receive your shallow apology. You should be utterly ashamed of the way you conduct yourselves.

I recently had cause to use the Ludlow Thompson Worcester office following a leak in an en-suite shower. I have to say Rebecca Martin and her team handled everything smoothly and efficiently. I quickly had a quote supplied to me to have the work carried out (in itself not an easy task getting contractors out! in London!). Once accepted, they arranged for the work to be done and took care of all communication between contractors and tenant. Thank you for swiftly resolving what could have been stressful situation

Emma was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She's a really lovely person and explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. I had such a bad experience with PurpleBricks (I had 1 viewing from August to March) but because of Emma within FOUR days I had so many viewings and an offer! I couldn't believe it! My faith in estate agents has been restored and if I ever have to buy/sell property again I will go to Ludlow Thompson.

The best estate agency for sales and i have dealth with 3 others (unsuccessfully!) on the same sale of my property. Particular thanks to Emma Nettleingham for overseeing the whole process. What sets her and L Thompson apart from the competition is the customer care. She regularly kept in touch with me, i never had to chase for updates. Emma also got me 4 buyers in just few weeks when others couldnt in many months. I would recommend her and Ludlow Thompson team 100%!

I feel compelled to write a glowing review for Daniel Scott, as he's by far the most helpful and pleasant estate agent I've ever dealt with! He patiently waited for me when I was running late due to train delays, and was extremely informative when showing me round the property, as well as in his property videos. My housemate said after my solo viewing 'isn't Daniel so nice and helpful!" on the phone, as he is fab compared to most estate agents we've dealt with! He also letted my boyfriends property in the area, where he also said that Daniel was kind, professional and trustworthy.

We were assisted by Fabian Akinola and Samuel Woodward on the replacement of early terminating tenants. Fabian and the team at LT quickly arranged 20+ viewings within a week. Eventually within 2 weeks they matched us with new tenants who started almost back-to-back with the expiry of the outgoing ones. Paperwork was standard and simple, and not difficult to get through. Handover was smooth and did not require our attention. We were very impressed.

Had many viewings when was looking for flat in London. However, ludlowthompson was by far the best agency I cam across. Reece came back to me immediately when I requested a viewing, we arranged one on the same day. He was extremely helpful and honest clearly there to help the tenant and not only the landlord. We made an offer the next day and got accepted by the landlord. In general the overall process super smooth, their systems are on point. And Reece made it extra easy by efficiency communicating and guiding us through the process.

Despite an initial rocky start with Ludlow Kennington office, mainly due to the lack of communication from the office when trying to book a viewing for a property I was interested in, Daniel Scott turned it all around. Daniel was prompt on contacting me back once I enquired about a viewing and was able to book me in on the same day. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable and put both myself and my mother at ease when showing us around. I would definitely say that Daniel single handedly restored my faith in the overall office and made the viewing a pleasant one. Would recommend.

I dealt with Jonathan and Mat at Ludlow Thompson and they were quick, efficient and professional from day one, and just 5 days later the property was sold for the price we wanted for it. Highly recommend. From the house hunt to move-in day, Lola was always responsive, attentive, and easy to work with. As an example, we needed to retrieve the keys to our new house in the evening, and Lola stayed at the office well after regular business hours to hand them over.
