Ludlow Thompson were brilliant from the start. Within days of our property listing we had a number of viewings and keen interest. Emma, Jack and Conor all provided excellent customer service and gave us feedback on the viewings and what we could do to improve the saleability of the property. Conor helped us find the buyer and provided excellent after sales service throughout, ensuring that any delays or issues were addressed. Would highly recommend the team for anyone looking to sell in the area - we were really glad we went with them. Thanks guys!

GoogleI have recently purchased a house through Ludlow Thompson in East Dulwich. When I come to sell my property I have no question that I will use them in the future. Mat Slater first met us at the property, incredibly friendly & personably, put us immediately at ease and has always helped out with viewings right up until we have completed & to help the purchase process. Jonathan Campbell has also been critical in the process to discuss concerns, questions and negotiations with the vendor. She’s super diligent, helpful and professional as well as friendly and honest. Other agents have always been slow and unprofessional. Very quickly after contacting Ludlow Thompson, Daniela Gomes phoned me. All good there, most agencies would. Daniela ran me through a service that promised to meet my needs. On this occasion I had a feeling Daniela’s promises of an excellent service were golden. All good there. She ran me through the terms and conditions. All good there. Agreeing to contract their service is often where it often stops being good with many companies. Not with Daniela. Every step of the way, from the first phone call ‘till the last, she surpassed every expectation I had. She replied to every phone call/Whatsapp message without fail, everyone of them. If she could not answer a call, she immediately acknowledge my missed call and let me know when she would phone and did so without fail. She kept me informed EVERY step of the way. Nothing was too much for her, she proved to be not only patient but helpful throughout the whole process. A can-do attitude, superlative service and very positive experience. Thank you, Daniela.
