TrustpilotTotally Useless
I've lived in the same flat for 3 years and Ludlow Thompson has been so useless that the landlord and I have agreed to just communicate directly. They don't respond to emails or calls, fob you off to someone else rather than dealing with your problem and try to avoid taking action whenever possible even when the situation is urgent.

TrustpilotGreat Website and personnel to help :D
I have really enjoyed the process of looking for a house to purchase with Ludlowthompson, they have the best site, complete with all the details you need and videos of the property. The staff is great, I used this company to rent in Wimbledon and now Ashley from the East Dulwich branch is really helping me out, buying can be overwhelming especially for us foreigners used to more straight forward system compared to England. Cheers guys xxx Eva

TrustpilotChris and Ludlow set a new standard for us!
My partner and I viewed a flat with Chris. Where often in London, viewing with estate agents feel rushed and incredibly impersonal, Chris really allowed us to take our time, asked us the right questions, and made us feel like we were on the same team instead of us being the buyer and he the uninterested seller as so many agents come off. Chris really embodies what it means to be a professional and is a fantastic representative of Ludlow Thompson. He really set a new standard for us and wish more out there were like him!
