GoogleAvoid dealing with this agency at all costs. I was told I'd underpaid my deposit, only to find out they can't use a calculator and then it took a month to wrangle the excess money back from them. Maintenance work labelled as essential by the independent check-in document wasn't carried out for a month and a half after moving in, pest infestations were not dealt with, names were misspelled on official documents, calls and emails are ignored. Nothing but frustration trying to communicate with this company. EDIT: experiencing their incompetence during the move-out process has been equally stressful. No communication, lack of understanding of their own processes, inability to check or read their own documents and a sudden silence when they're due to return the deposit. Incredibly shady people.

I never expect good service from London agencies which are usually almost scams. This agency is another of them.Seem inadequate for an agent's most basic duties like writing vaguely professional emails or arranging appointments.My experience painfully lasted 2 years in which I could experience a serious lack of disorganization and even a lack of ethics.I think the agents do not have a minimum adequate preparation to work in general.I'm italian so maybe some of the words i used are not appropriate.Hope this has been helpful to you.

Their lettings team had got to be the worst in London!They barely ever reply to emails and when they did, they suggested we have to pay extra charge that should not be charged from June 2019 on...still said that we have to pay if we decide to rent with them.We stopped chasing them and will rent with a better agency.
