Absolutely terrible rent company ! They will make everything to let you rent the flat , but than they don’t care about how tenant will live in the flat. 9 moth to sort the problem in the bathroom after a massive leak from top floor . In the end we left the flat and it still not even a sigh of do any action ! When we agreed with leaving day , no one told us about an extra charge , then they telling that we are late , when we are not aware ! Absolutely terrible customer service ! No even apology !

Amazing service provided by Daniela Gomes. We had a buy to let property which had a change of tenants. Daniela worked tirelessly to make sure the transition was smooth. The property needed a slight refurbishment and there was issues with certain issues that should have taken a long time. However, Daniela worked soo hard to get this all done for us without any issues. She even was getting this over the line when she was very ill. Shows pure dedication. Thank you soo much. Defiantly will be recommending Ludlow to others.

Absolutely horrendous, do not use under any circumstances. We had a gas leak and the kitchen was completely flooded when we first moved in and the maintenance team didn't answer calls and responded slowly to emails. Ended up having to resolve the issues ourselves, and the gas board confirmed the flat was unsafe when they reviewed the issue.Furthermore, their lettings team are intrusive, forcing' market appraisals during the tenancy and outside of the 2-month notice period under the guise that these are contractually obligated inspections.Shame that 1 star is the minimum, as they don't deserve any. Their 5-star reviews are misrepresentative as these are requested from you before you've even got the keys and moved into the property."Also if it isn’t too much to ask would you be able to leave me a quick 5 star Google review! TrustpilotExtremely unorganised and fickle even when offers are accepted
The agency is very unorganised. Our offer was accepted and deposit immediately paid but the contract never came. After pestering Daniel for the contract over a week, they came back to us saying that the landlord has changes their mind about letting the property out. Deposit returned- we had booked and planned all moving out arrangements but extremely unorganised. Letting agency should probably sack such landlords or hold their ground.

The first thing that impressed me was how easy it was to get through to Ashley, the LT agent, who agreed to let us view the property the same day at the time of our choosing - not something I've experienced with many other agents! He didn't hesitate to show us everything we wanted to see at the property, was able to answer all our many questions and had a good knowledge of the position of the seller. All extremely helpful.
