I can only share negative experience about Ludlow Thompson and highly recommend to avoid them if you don`t want to find yourself in difficult situations because they are careless and have lack of proper knowledge and expertise regardless of their pretty website.In the house where I live they rented a flat to a person who has been causing nuisance, damage, etc for long long months and the only thing this company did was referring to council and police, and pushed away any responsibility. Even lied to the landlord just to keep getting their percentage by having the tenant there. Totally unacceptable. I wouldn`t allow a company like this to operate on the market!

The flat next to mine is managed by this company. The tenant living there has been causing troubles in the building since July and up until December, nothing has been done to improve the situation.Just several days ago, the tenant literally broke the balcony door and windows. It was such a giant mess. The only thing the responsable person said was to call the police when necessary.Avoid it 100% if you were a landlord as they don't do anything but taking commission from you.
