I had a wonderful experience working with Daniella Gomes from Ludlow Thompson in Finsbury Park. She was extremely patient. Given the fact that the property was undergoing a full refurbishment. During this time she advised on all the possibilities thus ensuring I done the correct work thus ensuring the highest ratings for possible tenants. All the time checking on my progress.Once this process was finished next stage was the Tenant. Well she went over and beyond to ensure that I got the most suitable tenant plenty of cross referencing to get there. Both myself and the new Tenant are extremely happy.Ten out of ten plus more for her service.

Matthew McCarthy was very professional, helpful and had a very welcoming manner. I attended the viewing for a flat on my own (for me and my partner) and throughout the viewing Matthew gave me all the information about the flat. The following day Matthew called to ask what we thought about the flat and if we would like to apply for it. I have been on many viewings and not many agencies call for follow up so I really appreciated Matthew doing this. We were uncertain about applying just yet as my partner had never been to the area before and I explained this to Matthew. He offered us a second viewing to help us with our decision, this is amazing customer service and something we have never been offered before. Unfortunately we didn't apply for the property (due to the area being too far for work) however we will continue our property search with Ludlow in mind as we felt like valued service users. We want to rent from a letting agent that we can feel comfortable making requests or getting in touch with and Matthew gave us the impression that Ludlow would be happy to help.

I will never use them again and I would urge others not to use them, the only reason I have given them 1 star is because 0 isn't possible. I found their service to me (a landlord) appalling - and felt screwed at every turn with dreadful service for which they charged me a fortune. I know my tenants were equally unhappy with their interaction with Ludlow Thompson. As a landlord watch out for the disgraceful clause in the contract that says that if your tenant uses the break clause to finish the contract early you will not get the charges you pay for the unused period if you choose not to re-let with them. It is straightforward blackmail in my view. Also, both tenant and landlord need to be aware of when Ludlow Thompson say the contract can end if the break clause is used.

From the outset, Ludlow Thompson's expertise made all the difference when deciding which flat to rent in London: Their professionalism when presenting the property, their didactic in answering the many questions I had while renting in a new country, and the clarity they provided in each step of the renting process made a stress-free experience. The quality of their services could have stopped there, but they are also rock stars when it comes to their property managers; I can personally mention Chloe Price, who has been assisting me since 2021 and consistently prioritise my requests and ensure I have a delightful tenant experience. Relocating to a new country is stressful, but I know I don't need to worry about my tenancy needs with this agency.

Jamie met us with a smile at our viewing even were 10 min late for our appointment. He showed us the property in a calm professional manner. Gave us as much info he can while we were viewing. Answered our question precisely and professionally. He answered our email and phone calls promptly. I definitely recommend Ludlow and specially Jamie. I also would like mention about the sales manager who was very pleasant lady and got us the viewing on a short notice.
