Disappointing services from property management section. As a landlord, it is exhausting to not have timely responses! Their staff resign with no handover so complete lack of continuity! Sam Woodward, needs to up his game or hand over to a more interactive colleague! Maintenance charge more than other companies but do poor work! I have had to seek alternative workmen to complete their poor job I tried emergency line no response. Only to be informed by Lee ' sorry I didn't have the phone in me' Terrible terrible service! Avoid

We've had a good experience with Ludlow Thompson The service was professional, and the photos/immersive tour good quality. We had quite a quick offer, so its hard to say exactly how much of that was LT and how much was luck, but it seems like they promoted it and valued it well. Eda, who did the sucessful viewing was very likeable, and responsive during the offer acceptance process. All in all a good experience, and no complaints.

After 7 stressful weeks of fighting to get my daughter’s deposit back, with them holding onto over £3000 of her money, at last we have the equivalent of the deposit returned. However, they are now being investigated by Trading Standards as to the legality of their actions and by their regulator, the Property Ombudsman in the light of how badly they treated a tenant. It was all warm & friendly at the start the tenancy, but the total opposite at the end.

Jibby the overall manager is great to work with - he has done a fantastic job for us (finding tenants and across the life cycle) and has always made us feel like we are in safe hands. From our perspective he’s the face of LudlowWe also have a super responsive property manager Sushmita who keeps our tenants happy, which is super important she swiftly deals with issuesThe entire team at Ludlow is great Thank you
