GoogleReally great experience from the moment of enquiry to the viewings. Lola made sure to ask me about what I was looking for in a property and suggested relevant ones to me - and even followed up every couple of days to keep me updated! Really pleased with the service.

GoogleFirst of all, their properties look quality. The staff are very helpful. Hannah gave me a great first impression. Lola offered me a FaceTime viewing and talked me through the process patiently and clearly. At no time did I sense 'hard sell'. Thank you all very much. I do not know if I'll be successful but the opportunity, information and willingness to help have been great.

Just used Ludlow Tooting Branch to rent out a flat again, Michael and his team have been really helpful and responsive. Tasks I would normally do myself pre-covid lockdowns have just been picked up by Michael and "just happened" on time and in budget! Great Stuff.

A truly awful experience, start to end. Dealing with the Oval/Kennington branch. throughout our 3 year tenancy (and the 5 months after, to date) the service from this agency has been dreadful. From signing the contract and experience in the property: - No inventory check or inspection on check in - No signed contract until after move in - Lack of accountability for any issues with the flat, pushed back and forth between landlord and agency (we had to resolve these ourselves)- Inflexible contract for a multi-tenant house- Mouse infestation issue took months to get resolved, with no pest control ever being sent out - Lack of communication and slow, rude responses to emails - Sudden signficant rent increases at 6-monthly renewals (+£200 per month), despite deterioration to property and no desire from landlord to increase pricesFrom leaving the property at the end of our tenancy: - Very poor communication regarding end of tenancy procedure, with one of 3 housemates wanting to remain in the flat, meaning two of us were kept on the contract for months (without us being aware until following the event) despite agency knowing we were leaving - Failed to ensure our landlord had correct HMO licence for 5 months of our tenancy- Lack of licencing has meant replacement tenant contracts were delayed for months with very slow progress- Charged for a check out inspection despite no check in inspection being completed, and being conducted 3 months after moving out (they could only provide one from 2014 - we moved in in 2019). - Failed to communicate arrears that had mounted by the new replacement tenants during the period in which there was no formal contract, and suddently presenting this to us when trying to get our deposits back- Repeated incorrect figures sent by the finance team to both exiting and new tenants, leading to a lot of confusion- Emails and phone calls completely ignored for weeks (George Madisson)We are still waiting for a resolution. Please respond to our emails!

This company deserves the highest praise. Daniela, Chris, Matthew are a great team who are dynamic, dedicated and very experienced. They worked very hard in trying to find the right tenants, applying knowledge with intuition, and keeping me adeptly informed on the progress and processes involved. They know what they are talking about, and exceeded my expectations in the service provided; eg. even on 1 or 2 occasions topping up my empty electricity card meter to enable evening viewings .... I loved their positivity, drive, and spirit!
