Living in London as a tenant for 10 years, ludlowthompson is the worst agency I've ever had to go through. They ignored my request of deposit return for more than 3 months just to come back saying that 'it says we paid you in our system' without any proof of transaction. My landlord AND I had to push them by email for months as they don't have direct line for this 'tedious concern'. Absolutely toxic and obnoxious people.
