TrustpilotGreat until they have you sign the contract
The viewing and pre-renting experience is great. Promt replies with clear information on the next steps to get you into that great flat you wanted. However, as soon as you're "rented" the experience vastly deteriorates and you're left dealing with a management agent who may or may not get back to you in about a week. Almost five weeks after moving in and none of the outstanding actions we reported and were told would be "taken care of quickly" have been completed. Round and round between the management agents slow replies and nothing answers it goes.I'd stick with dealing directly with the landlord if I had to do it again.

TrustpilotDaniel
I viewed a property with Daniel and he seemed very uninterested. He kept looking at his phone and made no effort to engage with me and understand what we were looking for in our next home. I kept having to ask questions about the property, he was not forthcoming.

TrustpilotIt was incredible - friendly and genuine people
It was incredible. We had worked with another agency before who took a month to even get one viewing, spoke with Emma at Ludlow Thompson - visited the flat a couple days late, photographer came round the following day as did someone from her team (Matt) who would be selling the flat. He took a video tour of the flat, and already started speaking about people he thought might be interested. He called me back that evening asking if he could bring someone to view it on Saturday, we had an offer by the Monday. It hadn’t even been loaded on their website yet! They were all so friendly and genuinely helpful.

GoogleI have recently dealt with Jonathan Adams and Jack McGinn in the Dulwich Sales office. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the market and really helped me understand what is best for me. When i do choose to sell, it will be through them!

GoogleI've bought and sold through many estate agents in East Dulwich, but ludlowthompson were by far the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly agent I've come across. Jonathan Adams and his team are an absolute credit to the industry, honestly cannot recommend more highly.

GoogleI had the wonderful Attiya help me find a property. She was so patient and worked incredibly hard to get me what I wanted. She took time to listen to and deliver on the required specifications of the property. She kept me calm in the- notoriously stressful- process which was an unexpected plus.
