Thieves. Slow to respond, left us in a mouldy flat for months, then tried to get every penny of the deposit back for issues belonging to the flat when we moved in. Do not rent from these people. They overcharge and will then try and nick your deposit. Never met a more unscrupulous lot.

He keeps in close contact both when organising appointments, viewing and for follow-ups. He has a good understanding of our requirements and has done his best to find us a property. He answers questions in a timely manner and goes above and beyond when trying to find out the answers to our own individual issues

We used Ludlow Thompson to market the selling our flat, and despite very unusual circumstances in the midst of a pandemic and a turbulent marketplace, were able to sell with the help of our sales negotiator Roy. Roy understood our needs from day one and was able to help us navigate the twists and turns of the selling process, taking on board our thoughts and ideas and reacting very robustly to what felt like ever changing circumstances. We were overall very happy with Roy's approach and thank him very much for sticking with it and getting a desirable result at the end.

Just some of the worst people I have ever dealt with.-dont stick to their word-make up random fees and numbers -no consistency in their messaging-have to continually chase payments and actions from their side-just want your money initially then dont want to hear from you againSuch a poor company would definitely not recommend.

Awful experience with Ludlow Thompson Lordship Lane. They only contact you to ask for things and are always very dismissive of any issues you might raise. Also staff are very poor in communication. If you’re a tenant, think twice before renting a property with them and know that likely you won’t get any support when you need it.
