GoogleI've been viewing properties in Peckham with Jamie Newton from Ludlow Thompson and have had a really positive experience so far. He called me straight away when a new flat that met my requirements came onto the market. He has been keeping me updated on progress and is always quick to respond to calls and emails with any information I need.

TrustpilotWORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE
I just had the worst experience of my life with this agency. We put an offer on a flat that got accepted and they messed it up in the contract with move-in date, move-out date, my full name, etc.. I called my agent, Daniel, and sent an email asking for that to be corrected but I received no I answer, so I resent the email to his boss, Jibby, who called me and made me cry saying I was rude and that the landlord doesn’t want people like me that ask for too much (sorry? We agreed on different terms and you messed it up with the contract). They took 1 week and 3 days to refund me the money and NOBODY, absolutely nobody, answered my WhatsApps / calls / emails.WOST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE: WORST SERVICE and WORST TREATMENT.

TrustpilotAmazing professionalism, great experience
You know that thing when you come across someone who is so professional AND a pleasure to deal with..? Well, that’s James (and the whole Dulwich team, tbf.) James showed me several properties in the area. I was immediately bowled over by his courteous disposition, professionalism and how he spent the time to understand what I was looking for. That and he’s just a really nice person. My search is over now, but if/when it resumes in the future, James will be first call. 100% recommend him.

TrustpilotSmooth and professional service
We had a good experience selling our flat through Ludlow Thompson. We had asked a number of estate agents to visit. Kirsty from Ludlow Thompson demonstrated both good knowledge of the area and our development, and also made suggestions for on how to make our flat more attractive to the market by extending the lease. She was also the only agent who visited who offered unprompted advice on how to make the flat interior more visually appealing to buyers (which some sellers must find a challenging conversation). The process of getting the details of the flat right for sale went smoothly and the whole team managed the viewing process smoothly. We had a number of problems with the buyer's solicitor and the Ludlow team were very good at tactfully passing feedback on the solicitors between the buyer and us to resolve the concerns.

TrustpilotCouldn't be happier with Ludlow Thompson and Fabian from Bow
I chose Ludlow Thompson to rent out my house in Bow and within a few days they got my property on the market, got me two offers and have now secured me tenants. The whole process has been very easy, open and straight forward. In particular my experience with Fabian at the Bow branch has been great. He has been very honest, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my choice to select Ludlow and Fabian as my letting agents.

Georgia Obeng was super helpful throughout the flat finding process. She was always easily accessible and helped me get into my flat when I was given faulty keys.

TrustpilotFirst time buyer - Bow. Thank you!
I completed on my first home today, through Ludlow Thompson. Terence Cunningham and Mark Williamson of the Bow office provided a truly excellent level of service throughout the process. A number of issues with the property and my own solicitor made the process fairly excruciating - safe to say it has been an exhausting six months. These issues were nothing to do with Ludlow Thompson however. Terence and Mark provided a really great service. They always had time for me and were a guiding hand throughout. Thank you both!

TrustpilotGenuine and professional people.
Where many agents I've dealt with from other agencies have been both pushy and unreliable, Mat at Ludlow Thompson has really stood out as a good egg. High quality videos of the properties have given a realistic picture of the place before viewing, which saves time. They also went to the bother of checking my financials which is good for buyers too. What's more Mat's gone out of his way to listen to what I'm after, and offers thoughtful and honest advice while giving me time and space to consider lots of options.

TrustpilotLudlow Thompson Oval did a great job on…
Ludlow Thompson Oval did a great job on selling my property this year - Olivia Baines and Kirsty Rowley. A very efficient process for the first accepted offer, then they quickly re-marketed when that deal fell-through (out of their control). They know the area very well, understand the market and are honest with both buyers and seller. The after sales process was professionally managed by Mark Williamson. And all very nice people to deal with. I strongly recommend if you're buying or selling in the Oval area.

TrustpilotI met Stephen Graham just under 2 years…
I met Stephen Graham just under 2 years ago when I was looking to rent my property in Catford. When he came to see me, I felt extremely comfortable dealing with him.His experience in the field and professional approach was absolutely brilliant, more importantly his a good person, he went out if his way to assist me in so many ways, to which I'm most grateful.Graham has always been honest with me and very helpful, always giving the best advice a true gentleman. I liked his approach to business thats why I asked him to rent another property of mine which did so quickly. Both properties have great tenants and the company has also been excellent throughout the whole transition from start to finish.I wish him well. Thanks

TrustpilotHighly recommended letting agent
I have been using Ludlow Thompson (LT) for letting my properties in South London for many years. They are very helpful, competitive and keep me fully informed throughout the entire process of finding tenants and letting, but above all, always manage to find very pleasant tenants and promptly. Once or twice I approached another letting agents, but they could not match LT and I returned to LT. I particularly like dealing with their Tooting Office Michael Rourke who is exceptionally efficient, always gives sound advice and is on the other end of the line when you need him. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotGreat staff
Despite covid restrictions Hannah Bick at Ludlow Thompson Dulwich got me in to a viewing and into a new home quickly and seamlessly. She and her team were in touch when they needed to be and always at the end of the phone whenever I called with any issues, questions or concerns. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to move house. They have a great selection of properties, and they are, most importantly, sympathetic to people and their situations, especially in current times. Solid 10/10.

Stephen was helpful and understanding from when I first met him at my property to securing a good tenant. A brilliant customer service and explained all steps required to let my property.

TrustpilotReliable and thoughtful
My experience of both my landlords and Ludlow Thompson has been exceptional. Jacob Burston, who first showed me around, has been an ever present and professional point of contact. I have had around a dozen rental agreements in London, and know how hard it is to find trustworthy and reliable agents. It is doubly difficult to find a great agent who matches landlords and tenants with such care. If that is what you're looking for, look no further!
