GoogleBeen moved in here for about a month now and writing this review, compare to other agency I have communicated They response so fast. It was very nice to meet Brian, he is a very friendly and kind person, Also thank you for making the whole process so quick and smooth, so I donβt have to stuck in Hotel, I Would recommend to my friends and classmates.

GoogleMy client placed a holding deposit for an apartment with a specific time frame to move in. They asked for additional accounts which the time frame then passed. They refuse to give back the deposit and donβt abide by their own rules. Professional thieves which is highlighted within all these reviews. She dealt with weslee whoβs passive aggressive manner highlighted the rife incompetence within their so called firm which seems like a money laundering ring. Avoid at all possible costs.

GoogleThe agency is the best ever! I contact them form the outside of the country and they replied back to me quickly every time when I need any information. The workers in there, especially Joy, are really nice and sweet. I will recommend them to my friends if they need the house services.

Your deceitful and false accusations are unacceptable, and appropriate consequences should be meted out. You have resided in our property as a tenant for the past four years, starting from the 19th of June 2020, consistently paying rent on time until purported financial challenges arose in May/June 2024. It has come to light that during this period, you unlawfully sublet our flat through Airbnb under the alias "Dominic S..." using the email address Djs2222@..., profiting from both the landlord and unsuspecting short-term renters. GoogleI had a terrible experience with that company. They never replied to my emails and never answered my calls. The apartment in which i rented my room had few issues, and LCH never even attempted to do something about them. Only after one of the flatmates got so aggressive to that point when Police got involved they had to make an action. Did I mentioned fake 5* reviews?

I have being sending several emails sine a month now, Im an international student who's back in her home country and haven't receive a pound of my security deposit back, It has being more than a month already. They DO NOT answer your emails, the staff give you poor to non importance at all. Avoid a bad experience, Do not go with them.!!!!!!
