Superb location We truly enjoyed our apartment it was clean and very well kept.We loved it! It was on a quiet residential street, yet within very easy walking distance to a wealth of pubs and restaurants of all tastes. And the Tube was a short, 10-minute walk away. Staff was extremely attentive, very friendly long before we had selected this location and well after.Our agent was Marco Simoncelli an Italian guy, he graciously met our minor requests for items to have on hand in the apartment and he explained everything about the area around the apartment being with us step by step until everything was done from the contract to the day we've got the keys. It really was a wonderful experience and we'll recommend it to many.

Giuseppe performed an excellent job in showing me around and showing me what could go into the room, he made it feel very homey and he was very welcoming, he also provided me with information about the suburb. Through the processes, he was very helpful in all the questions that I had, which included during the phases of payment and other question about the contract and general questions. He has been my main contact with London Capital Home, however, I have dealt with Carlos and Mario, who have always been amazing help with all of their services, that they have provided. They are very polite and organised people, who have consistently worked around my schedule. When I moved in I had problems with the keys not unlocking the appropriate doors and Carlos came and assisted me on his Sunday morning to sort it out. There was another problem with the power and Mario came on Sunday night and resolved everything, this was greatly appreciated, with how quickly it took for them to reply and help me out with the issues that I was experiencing. Through the whole process, London Capital Homes have been enormously helpful with everything, they are very polite and organized people who have supplied me with information on anything happening or would be happening.

We have been very impressed with the service so far from London Capital. We checked in to one of their places last weekend and were grateful for all the work they put in to meet our deadline and how flexible there were towards the length of term we were seeking. Special thank you to David K who was our agent and showed us around places. He's a very genuine guy who delivered on his promises. Also Mario, Carlos and others on the team who were so quick to arrange all of the documents and get the contracts ready for us to sign in time for us to meet our check-in date. LCH are a serious company that work very effectively. It's been a few days since we moved in and so far so good. We are really happy with the place. There's been a couple of issues with broken internet and getting a lock fitted on the door but we are working with LCH to get these two issues resolved a.s.a.p. It's been a few days but hopefully there's a solution soon. In the meantime, we're very happy with our choice of LCH and thanks once again to David and the team. We look forward to our stay with you and would recommend you to others!

After visiting more than three agencies where I have very bad experiences (rooms in terrible conditions, dirty common areas and exaggerated prices)... I was almost about to give up, however, a friend recommended London Capital Homes, Thanks Charlie! - the service was excellent, they interviewed me for more than 15 minutes and I asked me questions to know which were the best options according to my budget and needs. Requested to work on one of there properties which needed electrical attention before heating could be fixed. send reports & discussed with David. They lose there reports & don’t speak to each other blaming the contractor instead. Totally unprofessional & not organised. Avoid at all costs totally scammers trying to rip off people & companies

Last Tuesday the 15th of December we accidentally locked ourselves out of our flat around 6:00pm. We tried calling the office number and it went straight to voicemail, we then tried the emergency number from the website which was not answered. We also tried the emergency number in our contract which was out of service. It’s completely unacceptable that we unable to contact the office during an emergency when there is meant to be 24/7 line. We then remembered we still had our letting agent Giuseppe’s mobile number. I gave him a call and he said he would go to the office and get the spare key - he claimed he did go but there was no spare key for the flat. How you can not have a spare key for the flat I do not understand - surely this is a requirement for your sake as well as ours. We then tried to get a locksmith out but due to the high security nature of the lock we were quoted between £300 and £400 just to open the door - we cannot afford that. Giuseppe then said he was speaking to his manager (who we were never able to speak to despite asking for their number) and the landlord to see it there was another spare key. The landlord did not respond to their supposed calls and Giuseppe told us to get a hotel for the night. How a letting agency of this size can be run so abysmally I don’t understand - every other letting agency has a spare key for this exact situation that they bring out for a fee. After about 8:30pm Giuseppe stopped responding to my texts and declined my calls. With no other option we had to stay at a friends house (during a pandemic) and hire a locksmith the following morning. We were both late to work because of this. At no point during the next day (or anytime since) have we been contacted by Giuseppe or the anyone from the office to resolve this or even check if we were back into the flat - zero customer service or concern for our well-being. I’d also like to add we had no money on us to pay for a hotel (as I told Giuseppe) - we had one phone with limited battery and nothing else as we were only going out for a walk. It’s completely unacceptable not to have a 24/7 emergency line as has been written into the contract. If we didn’t still have Giuseppe’s number from arranging viewings we would have no way to contact anyone from the agency. Avoid this letting agency the flats they offer are not worth the hassle with service like this.

He really went above and beyond in terms of helping me navigate the leasing process, selecting a unit, giving virtual tours and sending detailed videos to help me secure the best place. He always answered my phone calls and would text me day-of to help with any questions I had. He even worked with the doorman to send over some video footage of the lobby since I was unable to attend in person because of COVID. I don't write reviews often and never wrote review for real estate agent (if I did it will be pretty average as i often struggle with estate agents) but Brian at London Capital Homes has been really, really good helping me to secure a flat and explaining me all the steps necessary to do so. He has always responded to all my queries in no times (sometimes even on week end) and has always taken steps to respond to any questions i had.
