The management is absolutely dreadful. Since I moved out on 4 August this year, I’ve been unable to get hold of anyone to finalise my check-out procedures. To this day, I’ve tried contacting numerous people at the company, but no one has responded. I can’t get through on the phone, and my emails go unanswered. This has been my worst experience renting in London! During my tenancy, when problems arose with the property, I couldn’t get hold of anyone to sort them out either. If you continue to ignore my emails, I’ll have no choice but to go to your office to resolve this issue and get my deposit back.

Was living in a flat managed by London Capital Homes over three years. They were okay during this time but be aware they do anything to keep your deposit at the end of tenancy. Over £100 charges for ‘cleaning’ the flat regardless of the fact it was professionally cleaned and deducting money for items that they claimed were ‘missing’, even though everything is in the flat, no check out inventory was provided to me, just a list of made up claims. I do not recommend dealing with them, also they promise to call you back but never do. Very poor service for high-end property management. Regards the heating bill- please explain first, how was I meant to pay this if I never received a bill? When I called the company they said they don’t have authority to deal with the tenants directly. It was clearly your responsibility to set me up in there. Regarding your goodwill, Abdullah and Jason ignored my emails for weeks and only after leaving a negative review, I started getting tens of WhatsApp messages from Abdullah who was clearly told to sort it out.
