We just recently moved to Greenwich to a one-bedroom flat maintained by Life Residential. We had some issues at the beginning. The fobs were not activated, hot water was not running in the flat and we were not able to open the balcony door. We contacted our Property Manager, Sergi who was really friendly and professional at the same time. He quickly explained how we can activate our fobs, arranged two engineers to fix our balcony door and helped us to arrange an engineer for the hot water. He also helped us to remove some unnecessary item from our apartment. We are really satisfied with their services. In November/December 2020, I had to look for a property to rent before the end of the year. It was not easy, and it was getting almost impossible. Fortunately, I contacted Life Residential about one property, and Matt Herring was absolutely great at dealing with my unusual requests, my current situation and timing. When the flat I was looking at was not available for the dates I had to move in by, Matt made sure to find me another flat for the same price, area, and even better views. Since I could no view the property personally, it was a shot in the dark, and I was a worry not to find what I was looking for when I moved in, but until now (and hopefully for the rest of my time in the flat) I´ve been overall happy with everything. Sandra and Emma helped us to sell our old apartment as well as find and buy a new one. The process was very lengthy and complicated due to regulatory issues related to cladding. Bad experience with the property manager and their senior manager too here. We have raised the issue that affected our daily privacy because the blinds was fallen off. It has been OVER HALF YEAR but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Even if we called and pushed multiple times but Life Residential is either NOT ANSWERING the call or just give you a FAKE news such as “the landlord has contacted the contractor to come this afternoon in a couple of hours” but NO ONE CAME at the end, or they just IGNORE your requests. Their property manager team ARE NOT RESPECT your time and energy AT ALL.

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to choose Life Residential. During the viewing, I was pressured to submit an offer quickly with claims that the property would be gone otherwise. My agent was quite pushy and insisted I pay upfront to pass the referencing process, as my work contract was delayed. I was assured there were no issues with the property. However, upon moving in, I discovered that the freezer was broken, the washing machine wasn’t working, there was significant water damage, and unusable items by the previous tenants were left for me to clear. Numerous other repairs were also needed. It has been over a month, and they still haven’t fixed everything, nor have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience caused. I’ve had to contact them daily just to get a response and try to expedite the repairs. It’s been such a frustrating process. The property was completely misrepresented to me, and I wouldn’t recommend renting through Life Residential to anyone.
