Bad experience with the property manager and their senior manager too here. We have raised the issue that affected our daily privacy because the blinds was fallen off. It has been OVER HALF YEAR but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Even if we called and pushed multiple times but Life Residential is either NOT ANSWERING the call or just give you a FAKE news such as “the landlord has contacted the contractor to come this afternoon in a couple of hours” but NO ONE CAME at the end, or they just IGNORE your requests. Their property manager team ARE NOT RESPECT your time and energy AT ALL.

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to choose Life Residential. During the viewing, I was pressured to submit an offer quickly with claims that the property would be gone otherwise. My agent was quite pushy and insisted I pay upfront to pass the referencing process, as my work contract was delayed. I was assured there were no issues with the property. However, upon moving in, I discovered that the freezer was broken, the washing machine wasn’t working, there was significant water damage, and unusable items by the previous tenants were left for me to clear. Numerous other repairs were also needed. It has been over a month, and they still haven’t fixed everything, nor have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience caused. I’ve had to contact them daily just to get a response and try to expedite the repairs. It’s been such a frustrating process. The property was completely misrepresented to me, and I wouldn’t recommend renting through Life Residential to anyone.

Would not recommend renting from this branch. Constant miscommunications, flat was handed to me in disgraceful order - was sorted out by landlord thankfully but now months later and they still cause silly issues that waste time for a perfect tenant.

Zainab is always extremely professional and efficient in her dealings. She is particularly skilled at dealing with tenants on sensitive issues and coming to successful resolutions. She has worked extremely hard for us when on-boarding new tenants and in coordinating appraisers for our refinancing requirements. She is always a pleasure to deal with and I feel very confident when she handles our property needs.

I registered interest in one of their properties a couple of weeks ago. I received a call from Thomas Rickard a day later and after a short call giving our requirements by the following day we'd seen and agreed on a different property that suited our needs far better! He was able to make a potentially stressful process extremely straightforward and calm, giving us all information we asked as we asked it, all the while guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend Life Residential and will certainly be using them going forwards when it's time to move.

Hi, I moved to London two months back and being new to London was warned how painful the house hunting and renting process could turn out to be. However, I was extremely lucky to have stumbled upon Life Residential. Aiste was in charge of showing me properties and she made sure that I viewed the best properties as per my requirements. I have luckily found an amazing property to rent and the process has been painless. Monika from Life residential had been assisting throughout the documentation process too and her timeliness and responsiveness has been superb. My experience with Life Residential on flat hunting are always pleasant. Phil is our agent this time (Last time it was Robin) and Phil is able to help us pull everything through within such a short time by understanding our needs. Everything is quick and straightforward. The most impressive thing is the pictures on the website are exactly the same as on site, which makes the viewing quite easy. Phil’s colleague Fred also gave us a thorough introduction on the flat on the move in date! I would highly recommend this agent especially if anyone would want to rent a flat in this neighborhood
