We received a great service from Life Residential from our very first viewing to moving-in day at our new property. Between myself and my boyfriend we have both rented many different properties across different areas of London and the Life Residential team have been by far the most helpful and competent. They helped to turn what is normally quite a stressful process into a really fun and smooth-running one and always responded to us quickly. In particular Laura, Josh, Monika & Szilvia have been amazing.

Arjuna from Life Residential was very helpful in getting me into a new lease apartment that me and my friend wanted. After having a very bad experience with one of the real estate agencies, Arjuna was able to provide a high quality service. It was my first time leasing a property, and I found that Arjuna’s main goal was to provide me and my friend with enough information about the property before we leased it. He provided us with sufficient information on how property contract law in the UK works, this shows professionalism and better knowledge on what he is doing. Lastly, I highly recommend life residential.

I cannot say enough positive things about Katie, my property manager at Life Residential. Every time I had an issue or needed assistance, Katie offered assistance promptly. She was not only extremely helpful but always went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. Her proactive approach truly made a difference in my experience with Life Residential. It’s rare to find such a dedicated, attentive property manager - she’s an absolute asset to the team.

Amazing service from Marie!

I definitely recommend Life Residential! They do everything to make renting proceedure easy. Back in October, we have been assisted by the sweetest person, Marie, who helped us to get our first home sweet home. Ace Property Manager

I have been very happy with the service I've received from Life Residential, in particular Laura Grente who is my Property Manager. She always keeps me informed of what is happening with the property and if there are any issues she sorts them out quickly and efficiently. Recently I was out of the country for a while and unable to access my mails as regularly as usual but she took the initiative when something needed to be sorted out urgently and kept me appraised of the situation. It has been fantastic having a one point of contact who will sort out everything without you having to worry. Thank you Laura for all your support.

Valentins at Life Residential Westminster was awesome! He proved that he could market my property better than the agents who had the listing, and he is earning recognition and respect for the property sales he has made within our building. My judgement paid off. Valentins guided the sales process with insight into how to stage the property, which solicitor to use, and assisted with collecting required documents during the contracting process. Would definitely list with Valentins again.

Avoid Property Manager G.B!!

"G.B" are the first letters of her name who is an extremely irresponsible property manager. Almost every time I emailed her about an issue, I received an automatic reply stating that the property manager is out of the office and it takes me several days to get her reply. This results in my problems not being addressed in a timely manner. Furthermore, every time I tried to call her, the receptionist says the property manager is out of the office and will call back later, but I never receive any calls.What's worse is that I didn't receive my security deposit until three months after I moved out. Since I moved out, this property manager has rarely responded to any of my emails. Even after sending multiple emails, I still received no reply. On September 20th, this property manager promised that the refund had been initiated and I was expecting the money to be shown on my bank account every day, but a month later, I still hadn't received any money and I was really disappointing, I had to contact another agent and luckily, the agent helped me initiated the process. Without a doubt, G.B deceived me! She never released the deposit. If your don't want your life to be ruined by her, Avoid her and change another property manager!!

This company is an utter embarrassment…

This company is an utter embarrassment to the sector. They are rude, unprofessional and they can’t organise a deposit return if their life depended on it. I’m currently in disputes as I’ve been waiting months for the return of my money, only to be sent automated messages from Am. V and to be ignored by her. The whole experience whilst renting my second apartment with them has been shocking. The end of property reports have been done incorrectly and they will con you out of money. It’s a shame as my first experience with Chris M was a positive one and he was a fantastic property manager. It makes me question this companies morals, ethics and professionalism.

Overall our experience with Life…

Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in);Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.
