WOST EXPERIENCE EVER

I have had an absolutely appalling experience with Life Residential. It has been 33 days of pure frustration dealing with ongoing issues in my flat, and the lack of resolution is beyond unacceptable.From day one, the flat has had multiple faults, ranging from minor inconveniences to major problems that should have been addressed immediately. Instead, I’ve been met with nothing but delays, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. The management’s lack of accountability and the endless runaround has turned what should have been a comfortable living situation into a nightmare. I strongly advise against using Life Residential if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.Until these issues are resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

Poor Communication

the communication is so bad with this company. trying to arrange a flat viewing seems near impossible. only one customer service agent has been helpful. No point having advertisements for properties if you can't even update potential tenants about re-scheduling a flat viewing or to alert them a property has been sold. It's really unprofessional, and for someone who comes from a retail background, this company does not care for potential tenants or to even respond back to simple enquiries which is a shame because the properties advertised appear decent. Pathetic.

Absolutely love the property agents Gina and Shauna for helping us out with EVERYTHING!! Replacing the washing machine and the sofa of the property urgently. Everything was smooth and wonderful!! They were very kind and understanding. The landlords are brilliant too!! Nothing would have been replaced without their understanding, funding and their trust in us. Highly recommendable!

Effective and Proffesional

We have been renting with Life Residential for the last couple of years, and it has been a great experience all around. Every time we've needed assistance, they've always come up with the quickest and best solution. A big thank you to Abby Gooptu for all his patience and kindness - We recently renewed our current contract, we had some difficult situations that were difficult to deal with, and Abby helped us through the entire process and managed the whole situation very effectively and professionally. Overall, I had a great customer experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Abby Gooptu established the renewal…

Abby Gooptu established the renewal memorandum for my flat in E14 during the month of August 2024. She reached out well in advance (2 months) of the end date, suggested a sensible renewal, took feedback and then contacted the tenant in order to set up the new tenancy. She reached agreement within three days, completed all paperwork and cemented the new tenancy for a realistic and correct new rental figure. The whole operation was very quick, very efficient and she was easy to deal with throughout the process. I thank her for her efforts and recommend her highly.

I went into branch at lunchtime one day and enquired about renting a property and gave my full information. A lady was very enthusiastic about collecting my information and told me that I would be sent some available properties that met my expectations. Unfortunately I did not receive any emails from life residential until two weeks later when I had already rented a property with another agent. I don't know the reason, but it may have been an oversight that prevented me from following up with Life Residential. The staff was welcoming but maybe there was a gap in professionalism. You can look up my counselling records with the same name as the google account name. Unless she just collected my info and then discarded it.

First choice provider

I was using LiFE Residential for 4 years and never experienced any issues with property support or customer care. My manager - Abi was always fast in response and even available after office hours. I got full coverage from setting-up my utility bills and all the way up to the final property cleaning. I have no unexpected surprises during my deposit release at the end of tenancy either. Surely next time I rent - LiFE Residential will be my first choice.

Georgia has been an extremely helpful property manager

We have been with Life Residential for a third year now. And although there have been ups and downs (especially with the process of transitioning from one property manager to another where we have had 3 managers changed in a row within literally the period of 3 months and nobody bothered making us aware of the fact that actually a new property manager has been assigned to us at any given moment) I would characterize Life Residential as a quite decent and reliable realty agency. It is worthwhile to mention that our recent property manager - Georgia Hurley - has been very helpful in eventually resolving our problem with the boiler. For the last few months we have been experiencing quite an inconvenience with hot water pressure / hot water supply and all attempts to remedy the situation remained without success. However, when Georgia stepped in we had our boiler tank replaced rather promptly and voilà - we are back into civilization with hot water coming out of the tap :) I would like once again to thank Georgia for the smooth assistance on the matter and hope that all our queries will be dealt with in the future in the same propmt manner.
