We’ve consistently had issues with Life Residential’s lack of responsiveness since moving into our flat. Despite internal changes and promises of improvement, the situation remains the same. Recent problems, including a week without heating or hot water during winter and a recurring safety issue with a broken fridge door, have been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups. This level of service is unacceptable for a property management company.

Communication is good with frequent invoices, emails and updates on property inspections. Kalidass the property manager is very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries.Recently, Amrita negotiated a competitive new contract with the current tenants.I have had some fairly awful experiences with other letting agencies in the past, so it's nice to find one which is diligent and trustworthy.

I rented a flat, and quite a few issues came out that were not mentioned during the viewing, but the staff helped fix them, and now the property is greatly improved.Tianna has been especially helpful with organising all the required work and contractors and communicating with the landlord.Issues can arise, but all the necessary steps were taken to fix them in a reasonable time and with the utmost professionalism.
