GoogleMy experience with Life Residential as a tenant was very unpleasant, the communication with the property management has been poor, and I have encountered numerous issues. For example, it took them 2 months to respond to a leaking shower problem, and couple of weeks for heating issues, leading to long wait times for resolutions. I been overcharged by final bill due to property manager Marcus Yu, by delay my request of sending final bill, as well as have not sending my deposit back after 7 weeks of final payment by as side as tenant. My experience was very stressful and haven’t received any resolution from team to manage all the issues.My rental property price was 3500/month, and despite paying a higher rate for developer property by choosing Life Residential management, I didn’t have a pleasant experience.

I wanted to share my experience with Erza Musa as a property manager of the flat I have just rented with my partner about 2 months ago in Acton. Absolutely brilliant and responsive in dealing with our flat issues, sending help when needed and clarifying every aspect of our tenancy. Noor is an excellent Property Manager if you can get her when you are with LifeResidential. I had a poor experience a year ago, changed to Noor by them and it's all been smooth sailing since. She promptly replies to emails, understands the tenant and the situation and promptly finds a resolution. It made my last few months a pleasure rather than a pain in the neck.

Positive experience throughout the whole process of renting an apartment. Initial contact with Jahdel who was great at showing me around the apartments and very knowledgable about the process. Kalidass has been my property manager for a year now and he has been very helpful, particularly when it came to renewal and sorting contracts - he was speedy in getting everything sorted with the landlord.

GoogleThe worst agency in London and probably UK. You don’t want to rent with them, I never had so much stress/pain and lack of professionalism from an agency. They lied to us from the moment we have rented from them. We got a flat with black mould and countless issues that hasn’t been solved even 12 month later and after we left. 1 month after leaving our deposit still hasn’t been returned. Trust me you don’t want to deal with this agency! Nightmare!
