It was a great rental experience, from choosing the room to moving in. My manager Nicola Soper was very good. I had a few problems after moving in and Nicola was always there to help me out and follow up on any issues. She was quick to respond each time and was able to help me out quickly. We are happy to have Marcus as a property manager. He contacted us very promptly to find out about the issues we needed solved. He visited the rented flat just the next day after his holiday. Marcus is very courteous, pleasant, well-mannered and responsive in solving issues in our rented flat. During his visit, he showed he was knowledgeable in how the flat is built and its appliances and this made communication about our needs very easy. Pooja Pandya is very responsible. My apartment still 4 months away from expiration, and she has renewed the tenancy for another year. I don't know whether the tenant contacted her first or she’s first to contact the tenant. But she completed the whole thing in one day. This made me feel at ease for another year not to worry. I have been a landlord for a while, usually agents only contacted the tenants two months in advance. Therefore, my apartment would be vacant for weeks without rental income.
