GooglePlease AVOID as tenants. Life residential does not care once you rented the flat! I had little support during tenancy when I needed property manager’s help. And now having checked out from the flat for more than 2 months, I’m still waiting for deposits refund.

The property manager has provided an excellent service in resolving issues with the kitchen tap in my apartment. The issue was resolved in less than 1 day after I reported it. The property manager has quickly arranged for a specialist to come and fix the tap - all whilst keeping me fully informed. Thank you for a fantastic service!

My property manager, Lauren, has been amazing at sorting out any maintenance issues in the flat, such as speedy replacement of a washing machine, coordinating with the landlord, arranging installation, etc. Couldn't ask for more!
