GoogleWow, you could be charged for £80 on changing a light bulb, which just a minute work. Everyone must love to get this job with nice return! What a "GREAT" agent if you wanted to be charged on every single tiny items and with poor service, such as letting you had COLD shower for a month during the WINTER time rather than sending people to fix your boiler as quickly as they could. Please go ahead if you would like to being treated like this.

Took 1 month to provide me with the fob for the building, and therefore could not use the amenities that I was paying for. Handed the flat over in complete disarray, nothing works, and now taking 1 month to deal with dampness and mould in the flat.
