Rubbish. Was quite a smooth process to rent a flat, but the propperty management is unnacceptable. Be carefull when renting with them and do not accept a flat if any repairs are required. They are unresponsive and irresponsible in managing the propperty. Every repair which will be required to be done will take multiple emails, contractors which do not show up on a schedulled visit for multiple times and zero to non explanations from the propperty management. After one month after mooving they have only managed to repair not propperly fixed door. There hob in the flat doesn't switch on and regardless of multiple request to the propperty agent, it is still not fixed. Every email asking when the repair will be done has never been answered with the date. If you value your time, do not rent a propperty with them unless you particularly enjoy writing multiple emails for every issue. If anyone is interested - the name of my property management is Sujata Mukherjee.

As a tenant renting a property through Life Residential, I was charged a heft cleaning fee, despite the fact that the apartment had been professionally cleaned upon vacancy. At the end of a lease term, they are abusive and hostile, and completely unfair once you are on the exiting of a contract, trying to find excuses to take every single pence out of your pocket. Tenants beware.

Poor service over all !!!!

I will not suggest using them to rent out your property because of their poor service, exorbitant fees, and the fact that tenants move in after the contract is completed. They don't give a damn!. I would strongly advise renting out or selling your property somewhere else!
