I just came to UK 1 month ago , and I tried reviewed 10+ apartments , but always be rejected or unsatisfied by some reason, this cause me some depressed and disappointed sometimes. We had a fantastic experience with the team at Life Residential, and they were super supportive/helpful during the entire process, especially with all the questions we had. Special mention to Amy Howe who was an absolute gem to work with from the very first step re: setting up a viewing. She really helped us with the entire process and gave us genuine peace of mind while closing on our apartment- this was our first lease in London, and she was a big part of making sure it went smoothly - thanks again Amy, it was very much appreciated! Mariya from the office was also very helpful with visa/referencing process queries, and we'd definitely recommend working with this team.

Olyvia Saunders from Life Residential did a wonderful job!I worked with Olyvia on my Timber Yard property purchase where she has been helping from the completion of the property through to the management.Olyvia was always professional and responsive - including over the weekends, which I did not expect!, every step of the way. Excellent Agent in Nine Elms - 7 years good experience

I just thought I would update my review since the original one was written in 2017 and I've now been using Life for 7 years. They continue to provide excellent service - on the tenant side, they constantly monitor the market to ensure the best rates and I've not had a single default or any damage beyond wear and tear across what must be 50-60 tenancies over 7 years. On the maintenance side my relationship manager Melody is tireless and her interventions to ensure we make the best decisions and source correctly have saved many hundreds of pounds

Life Residential have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I found a property in Greenwich and was introduced to Robin from the Greenwich office who helped me along the process every step of the way. I was then introduced to Sophie, our property manager. She has been the upmost professional after having some issues with the property she dealt with them as quickly as possible and we now have a place that we are very happy with thanks to Sophie’s hard work and dedication to customer service.Thank you Life Residential for a great experience all round.

Our very kind property manager Emma

We have been living in our current rental property via Life residential for almost 2 years and in these two years Emma our property manager has been a great support and help. She is approachable and understands any issues concerning the house and gets them resolved within couple of days. She replies back with an hour everytime we email her which is very quick. Good for both landlord and tenants

I'm a landlord with several properties fully managed by Life for 7+ years, as well as some in other areas which are managed by other agents as Life don't operate there. Life Residential beats the other agents hands down in terms of professionalism and service both to me as landlord, and to my tenants. I know that they look out for my tenants' interests, advocating on behalf of the tenants to say, eg this repair must be completed promptly as it's not fair on the tenants to delay. From my point of view I have had several good property managers over the years. Particular credit is due to Nick Martin in management because I have come to trust his judgement regarding works needed on the properties and I respect the fact that he will be very clear if something needs to be done, and has good relationships with the trades so can get works done promptly and for a fair price. Cliff in Sales has been great too, coming up with ideas for changing the layout in my properties to make them better for tenants and more profitable for me. I just wish Life also covered the towns where my other properties are.
