GoogleDon’t rent with this agency! Terrible property management and very unresponsive staff. We had a water leak which they didn’t fix in time causing full damage to the floor. We had to find a temporary accommodation and we are struggling now to recover the costs from the landlord

GoogleWas happy in the beginning when we moved in - then every correspondence with our property manager Jack has become incredibly slow. In the middle of winter, we have a washing machine without drying mode (which is now fixed), AC system not working (over 50 emails correspondence on this issue and nothing has been done about it!) standard procedure had been like this: 1. First email: Send property manager picture 2. Second email: send over a video because the picture attachment can’t be opened 3. Third email: read upon manuals 4, fourth email: contact concierge 5. Fifth: whatever reason you can keep making up and now it’s been over 2 months and we are not getting anywhere! Would give half star if possible

We've been very happy with our tenant experience so far. Carlos DaSilva and the team at Life Residential have been proactive in helping us solve little issues in the flat (most notably the presence of mice and silver fishes). They've also been helpful in amending the inventory when we moved in.
