GoogleMy completion was right in the middle of COVID which make it impossible to evaluate the agents performance. They do reply but they haven't been about to find tenant for my property!!! Which is the most important thing!!!

GoogleWorst Letting Agents ever encountered in London. First they Overcommitted about Gym Facility and apologized on possession. Secondly, the home had a lot of repairs, almirah not there, washing machine dysfunctional, Toilet broken etc. The team had only one answer- awe had informed Landlord. Then what? Landlord not replied. The issues still remain unresolved. Anyone dealing with them should beware of worst or double check everything before committing anything.

GoogleExcellent engagement by Robin Dach from the lettings team: proactive, friendly & professional and gets back to questions and remarks in no time. Property management varies quite a bit: Pretty bad experience with the Talisman Tower team, not responsive at all/ completely ignoring emails. Arena Tower so far much better experience in terms of responsiveness/ taking care of issues.
