Terrible agent. They just don't care about you and treats you so badly and acts like as if they are doing you a favour even though you are paying so much to rent via them. If you have an option, please never rent through them. Even if you are asking for the slightest thing, they dump a huge fees on you. They only care about the landlord. I will never rent through them again.

She has shown tremendous professionalism in both processing the outgoing tenants and also getting the apartment in good condition for the incoming tenants. She is prompt and clear in our correspondence, exercise initiatives which makes my job as an overseas landlord a lot easier.

I sent an email asking what percentage commission they charge for selling a flat and I was totally ignored. Clearly they only reveal this information after visiting your property to work out how much they'll get away with. Really unprofessional to not reply at all. I'm not arranging a visit and valuation unless I know the commission rate, so I'm not wasting my time. I'll just go elsewhere.

He guided us throughout the entire process of renting - from arranging viewings to the bidding to the contract approval process. They also manage their entire process digitally through a professional platform. Overall, a decent experience compared to other letting agencies...

I stayed in an apartment in Hounslow and getting my deposit refunded took more than a month as property managers have resigned from time to time and they didn't know about the history of the property I stayed in. And the deductions given to me are so unreasonable. cleaning cost way too high nearly 210 pounds for a small studio apartment. Also when I have the proof of unreasonable deductions they took the time almost a month and then ask me to put in a deposit dispute request. Poor service of the property managers involved in this property no prompt emails or calls were answered. Always either leave or busy.
