My only negative feedback was an occasion where I had e-mailed Alex with feedback on the state of play in our flat, and some days later received a call from James asking me about all the matters that had already been addressed in my mail.Aside from that, 5 star service

AVOID this agency at all costs!! Once they get the money and the contract signed they don't respond and don't fix anything. The agency accepted our offer with the criterion that the mold will be removed in the bathroom (which is A LOT) and they haven't taken any actions at all and said that it's not written in the contract. We will habe no choice but to report the landlord and agency as this is a safety issue. Also the balcony door and other things in the flat are broken which shows that the agency didn't even bother checking the flat before the move in. Now we are stuck chasing them with no outcome whatsoever. Please AVOID this agency!!!!

Horrible state of affairs, avoid at all cost!! Property manager's are unresponsive to requests and half the time you will never know who the property manager is as they keep changing so frequently. The house was a mess after few months of use, appliances stopped working along with lighting and curtains due to poor quality. I complained about broken bed only to get cold shoulders for several months until I had enough and finally decided to leave within 6 months of staying. It took 2 months to settle the bills and deposit as the property manager was "unaware" of end of tenancy. However one silver lining is Nicola Soper's help on finally settling the bills and deposit. She handled the issues professionally and resolved the them in the end but she was involved too late into the process.

I have never left a bad review ever but this agency gets my blood boiling. Over the past year, we rented a flat in Canary with life residential. At first they were really good no complaints. But we started having more issues at the flat and the estate manager became less and less responsive. Then we found out he quit 2 months ago and the agency never informed ur nor assigned us a new agent. Eventually, we got a new agent Gabrielle, who was also constantly out of office and out of reach. We had so many major issues that took ages to be resolved and many follow-ups from our side. For example, it took the agency 2 months and multiple email exchanges and follow-up calls to pay me back for a bill that was supposed to be paid by them before me and my flatmates moved in. We then got another new agent Kareena who again was constantly out of office. It took us over 1.5 months after we moved out to get our deposit back from the house because of the unresponsiveness. We were never prioritised and frankly the constant turnover and agents quitting was a huge red flag. Do not rent with this agency!

Was a really pleasant experience dealing with Life Residential. Very professional, who are always on point when it comes to signing the deals. Having had to look for a flat for around 2 months and dealing with over 25+ agencies, Life Residential just always came out on top - in terms of quality of housing they have as well as the way they deal with potential tenants. Although, these comments are highly specific to the agent Fern, who has just been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Again, over the two months of having had to speak with different agents, at one point we were just tired of the unprofessionalism that is present in the market, whereas Fern just always came out on top - swiftly booking the viewing slots, contacting the landlords, constantly updating on the progress and at the same time really checking through the quality of tenants, so trust needs to be earned. As such, when the time came to making the final decision, we decided to remain with Fern and sign off the agreement. Thank you for all the work!
