I had been always worried about having to deal with agents. To be fair, they have been always responsive, ready to assist and timely. They are very organized, professional and fair. My senior property manager is specific Nicola had been very patient with me and explained the end of tenancy process clearly and helped me get my full deposit back.

Mr Jack Piggott was my property manager and was very helpful. He was also very fast at responding to my emails and always tried to help. The only downside was that I had to repair half of all the lights when I first rented the flat.

I paid all of their management and letting fees when I rented the flat from them for two years. Who the hell knows what the letting and management fees are used for? for them to take comfortable, warm seats in the office. I had complained to them about the tenant using the living room as a place to live and sleep. This could harm the couch. They hadn't taken any action in that regard. I quickly replaced the agent when the previous tenant moved out, he stole kitchen and bathroom storage units and damaged the sofa. I attempted to get this from my tenant deposit, but I was only given a £180 instead. The agent is unwilling to accept accountability. i even paid over £200 for inventory check in and check out report. that was worthless.The agent is pulling back, deciding not to pursue this further. I would advise against using a Life Residential agent, terrible letting and sales Agent!!!

Had a superb move-in experience made possible by Matt and even left a 5-star Google review. The problem started when it was time to move out. They sent a cleaning fee which was the highest quote I received, but their conditions were quite harsh. Basically, if you used another cleaning service, they would not allow you back into the property once you handed over the keys, and if they had any concerns after inspecting the property, you won't be allowed to re-enter the property to address it and they will have to charge you to clean it. I opted for their cleaning service and when I got my deposit back, it was charged an extra fee for cleaning the furniture in the house. I wrote back and highlighted the moving out email where they said they would handle all cleanings, there was no mention of extra charges and they ignored it completely, saying it was the Landlord that sent the deduction, meanwhile I did not have a cleaning arrangement nor ever interacted with the landlord throughout my stay. The second issue I was charged for was missing items, they had sent a mail that a checkout inventory would be done but no one came until I had moved out. Only for me to be charged for missing utensils and other items that I had left in the property. I challenged this and reminded them that the failure to do the moving out inventory was on their part as I was around all through and no one came but again I was bullied and told there was nothing that could be done, that the landlord had said some items were missing and I had to pay for them.Lastly, during the last days of my tenancy, people kept coming for inspection and a LR agent would take them around, at the end of the week when my partner came back, she noticed that her favorite perfume which she just got was missing. I informed LR of this and nothing was done about it either.Overall, my move-in experience was easy and great as well as my stay but the move-out experience was the worst experience, LR did not care one bit and took as much money as they wanted from my deposit and nothing I said ever go looked into, just generic replies of there is nothing I can do from the facility manager
