GoogleLaura Grente at Life Residential was truly excellent! She was very proactive at tackling an issue I had with blinds at my apartment. She has been very helpful on other items as well and is very prompt with her communication. My general customer experience from estate agents who offer a fully managed service is not a positive one but Laura is changing my view. Thank you!

Laura, the lovely lady who looks after my property, is a joy to deal with. She is proactive and always goes the extra mile to sort things out. She has been responsible for managing my flat for some time now and she keeps me informed in a timely manner of anything I should be aware of. Recently I have had a change of tenants and she has gone the extra mile to make sure that everything is in place for the new tenant, including arranging for some replacements. This has taken all of the hassle away from myself.....which has been a godsend.Laura you are a credit to Life Residential (along with your other colleagues who I have nothing but praise for).

We rent with Life Residential for a few years already around Isle of Dogs. So far all communications were made very clear, all needed questions answered and assisted, requests for fixing issues in the property timely resolved. Just recently we got contract renewal with their agent Pooja Pandya, which as well went smoothly all the way from initial communication with the Landlord to signing of the papers.

GoogleI recently moved in to my new flat with the courtesy of Arjuna from minute one he was incredibly helpful and pushed to get everything done. The referencing system they use GoodLord isn’t the best but with the help of Arjuna he was able to chase them up and get everything sorted whilst we were stressing out he remained cool and got it all sorted for us. If anyone sees any property they like with Life residential I would say to ask personally for Arjuna as he goes above and beyond to get the job done!

In the renewal of my tenancy I was advised incorrectly by Life about the property's market evaluation. The renewal amount was higher than 2 other properties in the building were being advertised by Life. I was misleaded during the tenancy renewal proccess.

GoogleThe most unhelpful agents ever. My suggestion is to look for literally any another house rather than dealing with these people. Unresponsive, negligent, and refuse to take responsibility for anything which is clearly their fault.

I would give 0 stars if possible absolute scammers flooded my apartment in the LG along with other 2 apartments to collect the insurance money and left me homeless with no money back since they force international students to pay all rent at once. Absolutely disgusting creatures leaches with no real job living on the back of society

I have lived in London for 10 years and rented and this is the worst company I have had to deal with, bad levels of staff turnover, terrible customer service, awful experience trying to rent another year and then again when moving out.
