We recently moved out of our apartment, which was managed by Life Residential, and we are still waiting for our final bills from our previous service providers as part of the deposit release process. During our checkout, our property manager, Arjin Dogan, was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. We experienced some difficulties with our previous property managers, who ignored our emails for weeks. I truly wish we had the opportunity to work with Arjin from the beginning of our tenancy. I just wanted to express my gratitude and contribute to her recognition.

GoogleSuper helpful and prompt support from Payge and Kamile! I had to find a property within 3 weeks’ time. These lovely ladies put all hands on deck- from scheduling the viewings within one day and showing the properties within my price range, to locking the offer with shortest possible turnaround. Wonderful experience with them and would definitely recommend!

At the start they’re so good at showing you the flats, making you “trust” them and taking your money. It’s all downhill from there. They’re a Very cruel agency, left us without heating throughout all of winter, we brought this up so many times, and Darcey (who is by far the worst “property manager”, if you can even call her that) tried to say it was fixed and it broke again. It was never fixed. They never brought anyone over. They just left us in the cold all winter.Additionally for some reason they held our deposit hostage afterwards and took ages to give it back. There’s many more things we could complain about but it’s too long. STAY AWAY!

About a week before I was going to move out, one of your agents entered my flat for a viewing without my permission and knowledge. You should be thankful I did not report this to authorities for trespassing. When I asked about this to one of the property managers, she did not even bother to respond to me. I only get responses to my queries when it suits you. And now you are trying to deduct the maximum amount from my deposit for "missing" items that are already there but not inspected properly? I can't wait to be done with your company.

GoogleReally poor service in delivering a flat with working appliances (e.g. fridge) or other fixtures (e.g. lights, curtains). Had to chase myself the appliance (fridge) company to have it replaced after 3 months. Even further, when checking out they were trying to make me pay for damages that were already captured in the inventory report when I moved in the flat. (There is a long list of emails that can certify these which I shared with the agent at the time).
