I would highly recommend Life Residential; Lorraine especially was an outstanding agent and handled the entire process with utmost professionalism. She put our minds at ease, especially as we were nervous being first time renters in London, and explained everything comprehensively. She went out of her way to make the process smooth, hassle free and easy for us and kept us updated throughout. We felt so confident in her knowledge and abilities and trusted her throughout. GoogleThey are great at helping you get the flat and then they are absolutely awful. They always ignore your emails and calls during and after your tenancy. It’s been over 2 months since we moved out and they haven’t transferred back our deposit. You’d think since they are an agency they would be professional but they aren’t. Incredibly rude and ignorant. I highly recommend you don’t use them!

GoogleAwful. Have rented with them for two years and still have unresolved maintenance issues. Alan Elliott is very slow and not proactive - when he says that he will do things shortly or give us updates he never ends up doing them eg regarding maintenance issues! Mandii and Tyron have also been as slow. We always have to chase.

GoogleI have been very impressed with the team at LiFE Residential. The whole process was very smooth and fast, from the initial viewing, through all the paperwork and finally to check in. I found the team very personable, very polite and happy to answer any questions I had. And the apartment is gorgeous. Prior to meeting this team, my experience with London estate agents in general hadn't been great, but this company were the complete opposite. If you are looking for property to rent/buy and getting disillusioned by bad customer service elsewhere, give this team a call.
