GoogleSam and Rhys are both fantastic agents. They are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As I travel a lot and am always in different time zones, they accommodate my odd hours schedule and ad hoc viewing and discussion requests. They also feed me with the latest market news/transaction prices so that I can make a sensible offer. Reliable agents! Highly recommended!!

Googlewhat we couldnt find elsewhere after weeks of searching, we found Via LiFE Residential and their wonderful agent Erjanain less than 10 mins. She was the reason that everything went smoothly; seeing, offering, referencing, payment and moving in.lastly I should add that the other staff of Life REsidential that we met were super friendly, helpful and kind, Specially Ralph and Shadey.

GoogleReported some long-standing faults to Mandii, who had just been allocated my property a few weeks back. Communication was great before during and after all contractors visits to the property. All faults have been repaired, and even when a fast ball emergency arised, Mandii dealt with in her stride. A very happy tenant indeed.
