I had a really positive experience renting through Life Residential in Waterloo. Loraine, who handled my tenancy, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was just a phone call away whenever I needed clarification before moving in. What stood out was how approachable and reliable she was and nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. When I moved in, both beds in the apartment were already severely damaged and not suitable for use. I first requested a replacement in August 2025, but the issue was not resolved until the end of February 2026, over six months later. During this time, I was passed between more than five different staff members. Two of them left the company without informing me or handing over my case, and the remaining staff simply stopped responding to my emails and calls. It became nearly impossible to reach anyone or get any updates. Because of this lack of communication, I was also unable to properly discuss rental matters. At one point, a manager called me in a very rude manner questioning why I had not paid rent. When I explained the situation and my dissatisfaction with how the issue was handled, she responded by implying that I was unable to pay, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. In the end, I paid the rent anyway in good faith, expecting the issue to be resolved promptly. However, the process continued to be mishandled, including delivering incorrectly sized beds twice before finally fixing the problem. Overall, this company demonstrates not only a lack of professionalism, but also serious issues with service competence. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

We've had really great experience finding a place to rent at the County Hall with the property agents from Life Residential, Matt and Ralph. When our first tenancy agreement expired, Matt was quick in arranging for viewings and finding us another flat at the County Hall. They are very responsive and reliable, and we have enjoyed working with them. They also went out of their way to help us in clearing out the junk in our new flat, and that really speaks volume about how helpful and great they are!

Ralph is hands-down the best realtor I have ever met or used. He was super patient even though I was new to renting in the UK. He really took care to explain every detail to me. I had to do most of the process remotely and he made sure it was as seamless as possible for me.
