Rebecka Hegardt has been an amazing Asset Manager for us ever since she took over from the previous manager. Having lived in Whitehouse Apartments and County Hall for the past 4 years, I can say with absolute certainty that she is by far the best Asset Manager I’ve come across. She is professional, efficient and prompt in her responses with regard to any issues with the apartment. It’s been a joy having her as our Asset Manager and she has been nothing short of being an excellent ambassador for the LIFE Residential Team.

Horrible experience especially with the property management team members. I was told at the viewing by the letting agent that the property was going to be checked and all small repairs completed before move in. However, this was absolutely not true and the property was also not cleaned. Agency disagreed to take any responsibility of the promises and had not fixed anything in the time I was living at the property including A/C which was a must in the property due to massive windows that barely open. The contract has been terminated and it’s been 2 weeks that I have been waiting for my deposit - barely any updates from the Life Residential team. In addition twice I was called to pay the rent despite the contract being terminated. I genuinely do not recommend this agency. I have been living in London for 14 years and this is the first time that I have had this awful experience with a property manager. DO NOT BELIEVE WHEN THEY SAY "WE WILL CONTACT YOU" AS NO ONE HAS BEEN IN TOUCH TO ASSIST WITH THIS STILL ONGOING ISSUE
