We can't thank Ralph enough! He was amazing from start to end, always polite, professional and friendly, carefully listening to our requirements. Despite the property needing a lot of repair and updating, he was able to organise the works to a very high standard in a very short time. He even added items like blockout blinds and curtains, that have made the apartment a lot more comfortable. Ralph really cares and thinks about the tenants. We can't be happier in our new home!
