For once there is a point of contact who is reliable in the promptness of response, AND in reliable in still being with the Company !!. Life has dedicated property managers who is able to help you. Great thanks for Thomas Chan who takes the ownership very much. He was my property manager only for a short period, but when I contact him for the deposit refund, he always be kind, patient and supportive. He took actions vey quickly to help tenants!
