I’ve been in contact with multiple people from the company, with the main one being Claudio. I’ve been renting for a few months now and they have been nothing but extremely kind, responsive and useful. They always respond within the day and it’s very easy to reach them and work with them.

As a tenant renting a property through Life Residential, I was charged a heft cleaning fee, despite the fact that the apartment had been professionally cleaned upon vacancy. At the end of a lease term, they are abusive and hostile, and completely unfair once you are on the exiting of a contract, trying to find excuses to take every single pence out of your pocket. Tenants beware.

I will not suggest using them to rent out your property because of their poor service, exorbitant fees, and the fact that tenants move in after the contract is completed. They don't give a damn!. I would strongly advise renting out or selling your property somewhere else!
