Relentless bombarding us with their leaflets put through out letterbox, like almost trying to harass us into selling or renting though them. Its getting annoying, we get literally piles of crap from estate agents including Life Residential and we're sick of it.

Unfortunately my experience with this agency was terrible. After three weeks of trying to schedule a viewing (both me and the agency had different schedules but the agency was very adamant at particular day and times for the viewings - they really made it seem like they didn’t want me to view their properties), I finally viewed it today and boy, they didn’t tell me that both properties that I was interested interested gone! After travelling for an hour to see this place, they gave me alternatives but that was such a waste of time and money. I have been communicating with Aiste, and I called her after my disappointed viewings to ask why there was this miscommunication and why I wasn’t told that both were gone, and she couldn’t give me an answer- only stating that I might have liked the alternatives. As I was questioning her, she got very upset and told me ‘I’m a bad agent okay, are you happy?’ I never once said this and was surprised because all I wanted to know was why I wasn’t told that both places that I was interested in was gone. The agency knew and didn’t tell me. (Talk about guilt trip for your agency’s mistakes???) She said to me that she wanted to cry, she was getting shaky and didn’t want to talk to me anymore and that I was shouting at her. This can be subjective but when I was speaking to her, it was always in a calm manner but you could tell I was annoyed that she wasn’t answering or apologising. This experience has left me with such anger and disappointment. The audacity this agency has! They clearly don’t care about potential future tenants and this woman tried to make me feel guilty as I was trying to understand the agency’s faults. AVOID!

I recently went through the letting process as tenant with Mo at Life Residential. Mo was able to organise a same day viewing for the property at short notice. He was punctual and covered off the key features of the property and was helpful in guiding me through the process from viewing to move in. He was always prompt in getting back to me on WhatsApp and answered many of my questions on the property throughout the whole process. I haven't always had the best experience with letting agents in the past, but Mo's professionalism made this usually quite daunting process a bit of breeze!PositiveProfessionalism

Before we moved in, everything is fine: they reply quickly and send you notice often，btw Mo is really efficient and friendly; when we moved in the house, our property manager Harry often reply our request and emails at least 1 week after, which we thought that we should understand that they might got a lot of tenants; now, in August we moved out, the property manager sent us a email of proposed deductions which a lot of on the list is not our fault they were there before we moved in! they didn't even check the inventory, fine, I will do it for you. So i wrote a email that to raise a dispute in the unlikely issue clearly, but, the manager just like disappeared!! i sent three more emails during the 2 months and there are no single reply at all....i send them all in working time weekdays. As a student i felt helpless and cheated... one of my roommates' parent have a business here, should we ask for a lawyer? Cause there is only one month left for the deposit dispute.....

The property management is very negligent handed us the apartment in a condition hazardous for our health. They didn't meet any condition we had in our offer that they had accepted in writing (like removing mould). Even the washer had mould and they didn't fix it till 2 weeks. We had to clean the apartment at our own expense since they were unresponsive to our email that the apartment wasn't clean and they are refusing to refund it. We have been having hot water problems since moved in and they only temporarily fixed it. Their contractor didn't bother showing up despite us making several calls that we need hot water. They even lied to us (in writing) during the offer claiming that the washer is a washer+ dryer and they are now refusing to do anything about it. Overall the apartment is uninhabitable and the property management don't fix anything on time.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value
