Life Residential manage our property very efficiently. They answer the phone and respond to emails promptly. A special mention for Rebecca Cannon in the Acton office - she really goes out of her way to resolve problems, liaising between landlord and tenant and ensuring that everything to do with the tenancy goes smoothly and satisfactorily for everyone concerned.

Life residential doesn't return deposit. It took long months to agree on deductions and even after all was agreed they didn't return the entire amount and manager stopped responding to emails or phone calls.

After we rented a place via LiFE Residential, the company assigned a property manager to handle our tenancy. Christopher, our property manager is very responsible and helpful. On the day we moved in, we found that the water meter of our new home keeps spinning even all the valves were closed. Christopher immediately arranged an engineer to check and followed up on our case in a timely manner! We were so grateful to have Christopher as our property manager who has been very helpful and responsive. Excellent service!

Great to work with Abby to renew tenancy. He had extreme patience keeping me updated with various issues - back and forth with tenant - to eventually arrive at a satisfactory result. Place and Sales is nice but the on going management is terrible. Slow and no updates you need to chase them up constantly for anything.
