We have been dealing with Life Residential for a number of years and haven’t experienced any problems. We have just completed our renewal which was handled by Abby for the renewal’s department. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant, conducting herself in a professional manner and negotiating on our behalf. Renewals can be very stressful but she helped us out throughout the process.

Kalidass Uvaraj literally saved my day. I have a power cut in my flat around 11pm in the evening, with the flight planned in the morning. With the help from Kalidass I have managed to reset the power and resolve the issue. The service was very fast, polite and professional, regardless of the fact that it was almost midnight. Very happy with the experience overall.

Such a rubbish company. Reported water leak since we moved in from March. Now its June and no action taken at all.Reply lying that a senior manager are contacting us to fix the issue but actually no one contacting at all.

I understand one of our Senior Property Managers has already been in touch and will be updating you on the progress. Unfortunately some repairs are out of our hands but we are doing our best to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

My partner moved into his apartment last year. Since his move in date the oven has not worked, which was mentioned at the very start. His lease ends in 2 weeks and they STILL have not repaired the oven. It hasn't worked for his entire tenancy... I mean really shocking stuff.Furthermore, both bathrooms have leaks that have not been repaired, the sink broke and numerous lightbulbs do not work. These issues were alerted to Darcey Nicholls (most useless and awful property manager) months ago and several are still yet to be resolved.We went to Darcey Nicholls first, who spent months wasting our time and efforts (completely and utterly useless and at this point I think she knows she's taking advantage of people). She then after months told us to tell everything to her manager Melody, who has yet to respond to any complaints. Now we have some random woman named Becca also asking us to repeat all of our issues AGAIN. So disrespectful considering we both spent so much time preparing all evidence clearly and sending it all MONTHS AGO (if not at the very start of the tenancy!!!!)I mean these people are truly lazy, cruel and greedy and this is the worst agency I have ever experienced. We have asked for compensation, now to 3 different team members. We can tell they are trying to waste our time until we give up, but it's not happening. What a horrid company.Darcey Nicholls you are a nasty piece of work.

She was warm and accommodating, while meticulously recording the details. Terrible Agency ! Stay Away at all costs! I have encountered two major problems;1) October 2021, we realized the heating unit is not working. Although I explicitly pointed out that I have a 1 year old son at home they were very late in sorting the problem and it took more than 2 months to solve it 2) They influenced the landlord to increase the rent by %40 and did not leave me an option to leave. Upon our check out, although the apartment was deep cleaned they stated that they will deduct a cleaning fee of £340 (which is currently in dispute)3) Finally, its been 3 weeks for my deposit to be returned back to me These people are late with responses, do not have empathy and leaves very taste. Never again

I have been renting a property from Life residential for last 3 years. And during that time my property manager kept changing every 3-4 months without any information and resulting in delays in fixing maintenance issues. But recently Shruti Shrungarpure took over as property manager of the property i am living in. And since that day onwards she has been really proactive and clear in terms on getting the maintenance issues fixed. She also got my extension done due my personal circumstances despite the notice period served by the owner.
