I recently had a complex issue that had been pending for the last three years. Despite continuous escalation, multiple parties, including CEP energy providers, were not addressing the issue. However, my property manager, Rosita Kausiute, recently took decisive action to partially resolve the issue. I commend her for her efforts, as this was longstanding problem had previously gone unresolved for three years.

They were willing to be flexible when needed and offered sound advice in a property climate that is oftentimes uncertain.
